We provide translations with BMarz certification in PDF format that can be submitted and
delivered via email. For information on certified translations, please see below.
Certification
A basic certification by BMarz translators means that a statement
written on our headed paper will be attached to the translated document
confirming that the translation is an accurate and complete translation of
the source language text. Sometimes this will be enough.
But depending on the purpose of the translation, this statement might need to
be signed before a Solicitor, which we call Certified
Translation, or before a Notary Public, Notarised
Translation.
We need to see either the original or an extremely legible and complete copy of
your documents in order to certify the translation. It is very important
that all stamps and seals in the document are visible and legible. We do
not accept documents submitted by fax.
You may post the document to us or send a scanned [high
resolution] file via email. If sending by post, we suggest you to use
Recorded Mail or Special Delivery as these are more secure. You
will find the relevant information here.
Once we have received your document we will return the original, together
with the translation, within 2-3 business days in most cases. The document will
be sent by first class recorded mail free of charge. We can also deliver
the translated document via Special Delivery, courier or international post,
but these will incur extra fees.
